I LOVED it. I had such an interesting and entertaining day. Louise and Corinne were smashing, especially when my halloumi took a nose dive. I've already recommended the cheese course to friends, one of whom is looking into going along herself.
I really enjoyed the day and was made to feel very welcome by Ben, and the other Leiths staff.
Really enjoyed the guest speakers, they were very insightful, good speakers and came from different schools of delivery. It was a lot of organising on Andy's half and we are grateful.
