"I really enjoyed the Nutrition in Practice course. It was incredibly useful for my business: it helped me to really understand how to cook healthily, measuring the macro & micro nutrients so that I can challenge myself as a chef. From a personal point of view, I met lovely people from around the world and really enjoyed the teaching from very competent & friendly chef teachers and nutritionists."

From start to finish, the Leiths course was everything I could have hoped for: well structured, perfectly chosen recipes and immensely helpful teachers to guide us every step of the way. By far the best cooking course I have taken in London.

Really enjoyed the organisation . Having a main teacher and supporter worked. Pre weighted ingredients and washing up staff was superb to ensure efficient running.
