Our Story, Mission & Values
“The vision for Leiths was really straightforward- it was about techniques, flavour, ingredients and to teach people to cook delicious food. Today, we are custodians of this and we are constantly evolving.”
Leiths Cookery School is one of the most respected culinary institutions in the United Kingdom. Established in 1975 by Prue Leith, a renowned chef and food writer, the school has been providing high-quality culinary education for over four decades. Located in West London, Leiths offers a wide range of courses for aspiring chefs, home cooks, and culinary professionals.
The school’s comprehensive curriculum covers everything from basic cooking techniques to advanced culinary skills, and it has a strong emphasis on using high-quality, seasonal ingredients and sustainable cooking practices.
