It was really helpful having all of the ingredients weighed out in advance and having kitchen staff helping by washing up and putting our food in the oven and taking it out. This meant that we didn't waste any time and could focus on the patisserie techniques.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, facilities were excellent as well as the welcome I received on arrival which set the tone for a fantastic day. I will be looking out for future courses. This was an excellent Xmas present and since school I haven't done anything like this!

The quality of the teaching was beyond superb. Having had no experience of cooking at all, this class taught me that I can actually follow a recipe and cook. I just need to practice what I learnt on the course. I found the teachers kind, professional, easy to talk to and highly skilled. Along with my class mates, they too made the course really enjoyable.

We were delighted by the response to last year’s course. Originally we were going to concentrate on professional chefs alone, but following the many enquiries from non-professionals, it soon became apparent that skilled amateurs could also really benefit from the course.
