Overview
Let us teach you how to entertain friends and family this Christmas without the stress and hassle of last minute cooking. Join us at Leiths for a fun evening filled with practical cooking, providing you with all the tips and techniques for a simple yet delicious dinner party. In this class you will be taught dishes that can be prepared in advance, leaving you with time to entertain your guests, relax and enjoy the festivities.
This class would also be suitable for a festive evening out with friends.
Menu:
- Spiced roasted cauliflower, herb yoghurt and freekah crumb
- Lamb rump with celeriac and potato rosti, caponata and a salsa verde
- Pear and ginger cake with vanilla mascarpone

Course Structure
Cooking with your classmates is an integral part of your Leiths experience. You will cook some of your recipes in pairs, and some independently.
Your evening will comprise of a mixture of practical cookery and demonstrations performed by the teacher who is running the session. The exact format will vary from class to class depending on the style of cuisine and, in the case of visiting chefs, their individual teaching style.

- Flat soled shoes
- Long trousers and a long-sleeved top are advisable

We are happy to make adjustments where possible. However, some classes are unsuitable for people with particular intolerances as the menu would need to be completely different.
