A good set of knives is one of the most important tools in any chef’s arsenal.
This knife set has been specially selected by our teaching team for students on Diploma course and meet all the needs and standards for working in a professional kitchen.
The blades of the Wusthof Gourmet knives are cut from stainless steel plates with a precision laser and then processed in 35 manufacturing stages. Thanks to their low weight and unique ergonomics they are very comfortable to hold, extremely well-balanced and allow cutting which is both robust and easy on the hands and wrists. The handles made from special black plastic are triple-riveted, dishwasher-safe and therefore exceptionally hygienic.

If you have made a purchase of knives from Leiths we will need to conduct an ID check to verify your age. This is because the United Kingdom has introduced a regulatory requirement to protect minors from accessing age restricted products.
If you are under the age of 18 we will need to cancel your order and a new order will need to be placed by a parent/guardian so verification can be processed.
In order to confirm your age please send proof of identity to documents@leiths.com. All information will be treated in line with our Privacy Policy.
Prices include postage and packaging within inland UK.
Leiths will attempt to contact you within 48 hours if proof of identity has not been received. If contact cannot be made, the Leiths team will leave a voicemail and email using the details you have provided. Please either contact Leiths by telephone on 0208 749 6400, or email documents@leiths.com at your earliest convenience. Failure to do so will result in the knive order being placed ON-HOLD and which will delay delivery time. Upon successfully verifying your age, Leiths will have your order shipped with UPS age verification service, who (as a separate entity) will in turn request to see ID on delivery. Please ensure that you provide a contact number for delivery. Tracking will be provided.
