Leiths Academy prides itself on being a supportive cookery community and is proud of the achievements made by our schools across the UK. We work closely with our teachers and students and build long lasting positive relationships with all our Academy Schools.

Featured Case Studies

We get to know our schools and students really well through in person visits, feedback sessions and ongoing mentoring. Our schools and students also help us pilot and test new courses and resources to ensure we stay up to date and in touch. Our case studies tell the ‘real life’ stories from our schools and students across the UK.

"Off the back of my experience from the Leiths course, I got a job at a catering agency as a server and kitchen porter at catered events; from weddings to concerts. Furthermore, I will be volunteering at a charity which helps those experiencing homelessness rehabilitate into mainstream society. Part of the work they do includes a cooking course I will assist in running, aiming to teach basic cookery skills and vital information about nutrition to the homeless to ensure they learn how to cook affordable and healthy meals once they are rehoused."
