About Our Courses

We offer accredited culinary qualifications at Level 2 and Level 3 for KS4 & KS5 students, and life skills cookery courses for pupils of all ages from KS1 to KS5. Our bespoke digital portal has been designed to support our unique range of interactive resources and enable excellent teaching and learning.

Leiths’ resources contain everything schools need to deliver successful practical food and nutrition lessons and feature a diverse range of recipes that are affordable, accessible, and inclusive.

Primary School Courses

Leiths’ innovative primary cookery curriculum has been designed specifically for KS1 and KS2 and comes with an impressive package of 32 lesson plans, along with a superb range of step-by-step ‘cook-a-long’ videos. They are mapped to the national curriculum, core competencies around food, and the framework of knowledge and skills for food teaching, and feature simple but delicious recipes that can be used in a multitude of ways.

Secondary School Courses

We offer a wide range of Accredited Qualifications and Life Skills Cookery Courses to suit your culinary curriculum. At KS4 & KS5 we have qualifications written by Leiths and accredited by the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality (CTH). At KS3, KS4 & KS5 we have a portfolio of hands-on immersive Life Skills cookery courses perfect for co-curricular clubs, enrichment or DofE skills, or a sixth form course for part-time and gap year employment.
