An exciting opportunity to join the Jamie Oliver Cookery School team as a Junior Teaching Chef.
The Teaching Chef team are the stars of the cookery school. They're responsible for making the experiences as entertaining and educational as they can be. They demonstrate, teach and inspire the public to cook more beautifully at home.
The Junior Teaching Chef supports the team in their delivery of experiences, whilst building towards becoming a Teaching Chef themselves. You'll be someone who loves food, loves people and has the tenacity and ambition to develop into a full-fledged Teaching Chef.
You'll support the team in running excellent cookery classes, assisting the Teaching Chefs throughout the day-to-day running of the school. Key duties will be food preparation, class set up, class assistance, clearing down and general support.
Your love of food and passion for people will ensure every guest has an excellent experience, and your drive will ensure shifts are run professionally and efficiently. Performing this role excellently will serves as the perfect training and preparation to becoming a Teaching Chef.

The busiest times at the school are evenings and weekends - the role requires you to work weekend and evening shifts.
48 hours per week
32 day annual leave (including bank holidays)
Salary: £26-30K pa, DOE
