What is your role at Leiths?

Senior Teacher with a focus on all things carby – specifically bread and pasta

What did you do before you worked at Leiths?  

Before teaching at Leiths I worked in restaurants – Petersham Nurseries, The Zebra Riding Club, Emile, before moving on to working with Chefs in Schools – a charity focusing on giving school children better food.
