Meet the Team: Beth MacMillan

Meet Beth, Education Services Administrator at Leiths. She tells us about the cookbook that is very much a family affair, why mayonnaise earns its place in any well-stocked kitchen and the pasta shape and sauce combination she returns to again and again.

What is your role at Leiths?

Education Services Administrator

I’m part of the Education Services team, based at the front office where I’m often the first point of contact for students. I support them with day-to-day queries and help ensure everything runs smoothly throughout their time at Leiths.
