    Chef de Partie

    As CDP you will be required to run and maintain levels on any given section within the kitchen,  whilst helping maintain hygiene levels and stock controls.  You will report to the Head Chef and will have a high level of cooking skills; great attention to detail; execellent verbal and written communication skills.  You will be collaborative within all departments; be organised and adaptable.  Full job description on application.

    Hours: 50 per week (4 days on 3 off)

    Salary: approx £37,900

    Commis

    As a Commis Chef you will be expected to show enthusiasm for all the sections in the kitchen and undertake any task that is allocated to you by the senior chefs.  As a Commis Chef you must understand that this is a development/training position and work accordingly.  You will report to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.  Full job description on application.
