BEKIRI
A start-up brand aiming for the luxury end of the patisserie market is looking for an experienced pastry chef capable of ordering sufficient ingredients for the set recipes that will be provided for the expected number of items.
You will be familiar with preparing patisserie to an excellent standard (both taste and appearance); working independently within a shared commercial kitchen; coordinating handoff to a courier in a compliant manner; prep and tidy up without instruction (according to HACCP principles)
Dates: 18th and 19th September (total 16 hours)
Location: Bermondsey
Numbers to be catered for: 80-100
Hourly rate: £25
Ideally a driver with own vehicle, though not essential
