Chef is required for one week to cater for a hot air balloon team (crew and pilots) in Chateau d'Oex.
You will be responsible for laying out the table for breakfast (porridge/muesli/croissants/yoghurt/fruit) then clearing
Prepping cold lunch (ham, cheese, bread, salad, soup) then clearing
Prepping children's supper for two (easy food)
Prepping adults' dinner (generally a simple starter like smoked salmon/goats cheese salad) followed by a main course (generally protein/carbs/veg, nothing too complicated) and then dessert (poached pears/meringues and cream/choc tart) followed by clearing.
Support for clearing/table laying will be provided, majority of shopping will be done before the cook arrives but there is a good-sized supermarket in the village.

Accommodation provided as single room in the chalet
Not a first role, but extensive experience is not required as there is a qualified Leiths chef as part of the group who can support/assist if needed.
