July is a new and exciting restaurant in Fitzrovia that includes functioning as a cafe during the day and a 40 cover wine bar in the evening which is inspired by the food and wines of Alsace.  The menu will be produce-oriented and generous while maintaining a limited waste approach.  Low intervention wines from curated producers will stand alongside an innovative selection of grape-based alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.

July is looking for a dedicated, considerate individual who has a least 1 year's kitchen experience.  It is an opportunity to become part of a small team and to share your love of working with great suppliers and minimising waste.  You will be creative and confident with strong organisational skills.  You will be working across all sections of the kitchen supporting the head chef and sous.  You will bring a kind, friendly attitude helping create a positive working environment.

Working Days: Monday - Saturday, 45 hours per week

Salary: £13.50-£15.00 per hour

Holiday: 28 days

Start Date: 25th May 2024
