A play on a Dark and Stormy but utilising Middle Eastern flavours to make a warming, perfumed, yet bright mocktail. The rose adds a delicate floral flavour profile, while the grenadine adds a sweetness and flavour while introducing a pomegranate element.
Ingredients
5ml Grenadine
2 drops Rose water
10ml Lime juice
150ml Ginger beer
Lime wedge and some rose petals for garnish
Instructions
Pour half the ginger beer along with the grenadine, lime juice and rose water into a short glass with ice and stir gently. Top up with the rest of the ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge and rose petals.
