Description
Brazilian family of 6 with 4 children aged 2-8 is looking for a cook/ chef centred on a Mediterranean style diet, healthy nutritious food, ideally with knowledge of Portuguese/ Brazilian food. This can be trained.
Only the youngest child has specific menu needs.
Main/evening meal prep and service with next day's lunch options for family (at home) and male principle (to take to work) prepped and refrigerated.
Hours most likely 4pm til 7.30pm Mon-Fri with a family lunch prepped and served on Saturday - 11am-2.30pm Timings approximate at this stage.
Looking for a varied and interesting menu.
Occasional dinner parties but only with advanced notice.
