The kitchens are in a lovely area of Earlsfield, with windows looking out onto the river and our female-led team of chefs offer a fast paced but nurturing environment in which to grow.
There is a focus on catering deliveries but also operate as an events company and in the summer have a popular picnic offering.
Job Role
The team is seeking an experienced Chef with a background in high-end catering or events for the busy summer season. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality food at scale. You will play a key role in supporting kitchen production, ensuring all prep is executed to the highest standards, and contributing to the smooth delivery of large-scale events.
Key responsibilities:
Assisting chefs with food preparation across different sections
Washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen
Supporting with stock organisation and deliveries
Helping with packing and dispatch for events and orders
Following food safety and health & safety procedures at all times
Person specification:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
- Good attention to detail and organisation
- Reliability and punctuality
- Previous kitchen experience is a bonus but not essential
