Chef and Host Couple for Private Family – Corsica, mid-July to end August

Private family is looking for an experienced chef and host couple to cater for family and friends in Corsica from 15th July until the end of August.  The number of guests averages at 16 but must be flexible for a couple of larger parties.

Service is family style, so buffet style depending on the chef's recommendation and number of guests.  Accommodation is available in a small, rented studio close by.

Chef must be a driver to do the shopping.

Day rate: client is flexible and will depend on experience.

The client will usually host a trial lunch or dinner in London ahead of confirming the booking.
