Description
Chef required to assist the full time chef in catering for a family of 9 adults and 4 children (6-10years) and 2 smaller children (2yrs and a 9 month ) in the Algarve in a relaxed and family environment. Duties to include preparation, shopping, clearing everything to help the lead chef. Female lead chef is a talented person who is easy to be with and has worked with the family on holiday for several years.
Family breakfast all together and the children have an earlier lunch and supper. Lunch tends to be light and then dinner not too late. This job would suit a recently qualified person who would like to gain experience in this type of environment.
Hours: 8-9 per day
