Description
Leiths Culinary Diploma graduate is hosting a party for her 50th birthday for about 65 people at home in Guildford on Sunday 28th June, with food to be served around 5pm. (Party is 4pm - 7pm)
She would supply all the ingredients and prepare a reasonable amount in advance but would like someone on the day to make / finish some salads and arrange some cheese boards. Cook potatoes and roast the porcetta then slice it up for service.
The party is in the garden so chef would have the kitchen to themselves.
Client is happy to have someone who would like to do this at the simplest level or even someone who might want to get a bit more involved and put their own touch to the salads etc.
There will be other helpers to serve drinks and tidy away. It should be a fun and relaxed job. Ideally you will drive but If you don’t the location is a quick uber journey from the station.
