Key Stage 4 & 5 – Life Skills Cookery Courses

Confident Cookery

A practical, hands-on course focused on developing core cookery skills through recipes from around the world. Designed to build independence and confidence, Confident Cookery supports lifestyle learning while offering a natural progression towards further study and food-related careers.

Key Stage 4 & 5 – Accredited Cookery Qualification

Leiths CTH Level 2 Certificate in Culinary Skills

A practical, accredited GCSE-style course designed as a first step towards further study or a career in food. Students develop professional core skills, techniques and competencies, from mastering methods to planning and producing complete menus.

Key Stage 5 – Accredited Cookery Qualification

Leiths CTH Level 3 Extended Certificate in Professional Cookery

An advanced, accredited qualification carrying UCAS points. This course develops professional-level knowledge and skills, preparing students for progression into higher education or a wide range of careers across the food industry, from professional kitchens to food media and related pathways.
