Seasonal Workshop: Summer

This seasonal workshop celebrates the best of British summer produce, with a focus on two dishes drawn from our professional Culinary Diploma course.

Participants will prepare:

  • Fresh potato gnocchi with summer vegetables and sage butter
  • Crumble-topped choux buns filled with crème diplomat and macerated strawberries

The day will combine hands-on cooking with expert demonstrations, offering insight into classic techniques and seasonal flavour pairings.

Following the morning practical session, guests will enjoy a relaxed lunch featuring the dishes they have prepared, accompanied by refreshments and shared with fellow participants. Cooking will then continue in the afternoon with the class finishing around 3.30pm.

Practicalities

Timings

  • Arrival: From 9.30am
  • Class begins: 10.00am
  • Lunch: Enjoy some of the dishes you’ve made with your fellow participants
  • Day ends: 3.30pm

Please arrive in good time so you’re ready to start promptly at 10am.
