This hands-on workshop will equip you with all the essential skills to make and work with fresh pasta, just as it’s taught on our professional culinary courses. You’ll learn how to perfect the consistency of pasta dough, as well as techniques for kneading, rolling, drying, and filling.
In addition to pasta-making, you’ll explore how to create complementary sauces and discover how to pair different types of pasta with the ideal sauce for each.
The day will be a blend of practical cooking and engaging demonstrations led by your expert teacher. Following your cooking session, you’ll sit down for lunch and enjoy the delicious dishes you’ve prepared, shared with your fellow participants and accompanied by refreshments.

No. The masterclass starts with the fundamentals of pasta making and builds your skills gradually throughout the day.
You will learn how to make fresh pasta dough, knead and roll it correctly, shape different types of pasta and prepare filled pastas. You will also gain an understanding of which sauces work best with different pasta shapes.
The day is predominantly hands on, supported by clear demonstrations from the tutor and guided practice throughout.
It is a full day masterclass, typically finishing in the mid afternoon.
