At Leiths Culinary School, being ready to work in a real kitchen environment is an essential part of your training. Having the correct uniform and equipment ensures every student can cook safely, efficiently and to industry standards.

Each qualification has its own uniform and equipment requirements. Some items are included in your course fees, while others will need to be purchased separately. Full details will be provided ahead of your start date, along with guidance on ordering through our approved suppliers.

Leiths Culinary School is equipped to the highest professional standards, with four light-filled kitchens featuring industry-level tools and technology, including sous vide machines, Thermomix® and Pacojets. Our teaching environment mirrors the standards of leading professional kitchens, preparing students for life in the industry.
