The Leiths Culinary Diploma offers multiple routes to achieve the same professional qualification, allowing students to choose a structure that best fits their goals and lifestyle.

The Diploma offers three study pathways to suit different schedules and lifestyles. All three deliver the same professional qualification with the same hours of practical training and kitchen time.

Whether you choose full-time, part-time or accelerated study, you’ll receive the same world-class culinary education. The difference is simply how those teaching hours are structured across the weeks.

With multiple entry points throughout the year, students can complete the full Leiths Culinary Diploma in one intensive six-month course, or progress over a longer period through part time or accelerated study. This flexibility allows you to build your skills and experience at a pace that works for you while still gaining a recognised professional qualification.

As part of the Professional and Diploma Certificates, you’ll have the opportunity to take additional modules and complete an integrated work experience placement. These elements are designed to broaden your industry knowledge and give you valuable hands-on experience, helping you enter your chosen food career with confidence and practical insight.
