Situated on a quiet, leafy street in Grove Park, Chiswick, moments from Chiswick House and Gardens and a short walk to the Thames. Chiswick Overland is a 3-minute walk with a direct 18-minute service to Waterloo, and Leiths School of Food and Wine is a short bus ride away. A Co-op sits at the end of the road, with Chiswick High Road’s shops and restaurants 15–20 minutes on foot.

A lovely bright, sunny single room overlooking the garden in a friendly family home less than five minutes walk to Leiths. Freshly decorated with new bed & mattress. Includes: bedding and linens, sizeable wardrobe, bedside table, nice window, full-length mirror, bedside lamp, soft rug, overhead lighting. Feel free to relax in our home and garden. Access to kitchen until 8.30pm. Bathroom shared but kept clean and tidy at all times, with second separate toilet downstairs. Happy home up early each day and quiet most evenings from 9pm. We have one shy elderly cat. No smokers please.

Notting Hill is home to Portobello Market and countless cafes, bars and restaurants. Art galleries, boutiques and a good music scene.

It’s well-connected via the tube, so getting into central London or other areas is easy.

Acton

Acton has seven railway stations and easy access to the M4 corridor and beyond. Acton Town station offers easy access to Heathrow and King’s Cross via the Piccadilly Line, or into central and east London via the District line. Acton is a leafy residential area west of Shepherds Bush and White City, ten minutes from Notting Hill. There is also a ‘student village’ in North Acton.

Stamford Brook has its own tube station on the District line as well as good bus connections to get you all over London.
