Leiths Culinary School is located on a quiet residential street in West London. Across four light-filled floors, the School has four professional-standard teaching kitchens, a demonstration classroom, a student dining room and an extensive cookbook library.
Each teaching kitchen is fitted with gas ovens and hobs to industry specification. During each practical cookery session, students on the Diploma have a section and share an oven with one other student. The kitchens are equipped with modern tools including sous vide machines, Thermomix and Pacojets, though our teaching emphasises mastering techniques with standard equipment.
The demonstration kitchen hosts live demos from expert class tutors, guest chefs and industry specialists. The space is fitted with screens and cameras so students can follow each step in detail.
The library offers a comfortable space to explore our collection of cookbooks, from classic food writers to the latest bestselling authors – many of whom are Diploma graduates themselves.
