Invigorate your mid-week meals on this four part evening course. Boost your kitchen skills and gain an instant repertoire of fresh, healthy and delicious meals that can be ready in around 30 minutes, leaving you free to enjoy the rest of your evening.

Trade in the familiar routine for a diverse range of suppers, such as sea bream with a fennel and orange salad, new potatoes en papillote, Pan fried duck breasts with plum and teriyaki sauce, wild mushroom risotto and individual lime cheesecakes.

Cover the essentials as you learn to cook a fillet of seabass to perfection, as well as the secret to a flavour packed bowl of curry. We’ll teach you a great new selection of dishes that are quick to prepare and also carry a cache worthy of entertaining, just without so much work!

Over the four sessions you’ll learn essential new skills which will open the door to endless quick dinners, and allow you to be creative with the contents of your fridge. Each class is a combination of quick demonstrations (with plenty to taste) and lots of hands on cooking.

At the end of the session, we invite you to grab a plate and eat one of the dishes that you have cooked with your classmates with a glass of wine or elderflower cordial. The other dish can be taken home to enjoy the next day (it serves two so you can share).

    What is included:

    • A Leiths apron
    • A recipe booklet
    • All ingredients provided and weighed out for you in advance
    • We do the washing up!

    What you need to bring:

    • Flat soled shoes
    • Long trousers and a long sleeved top

    We are happy to make adjustments where possible. Some classes are however unsuitable for people with particular intolerances – where the menu would need to be completely different.
