A two-and-a-half-hour hands-on cookery experience, with groups of four cooking dishes together in sharing platter style such as -

Prawns alla busara with aioli and chargrilled sourdough, Lamb koftes with white bean hummus and apricot harissa, Spiced cauliflower, pearl barley, spinach and a yoghurt dressing, Flatbreads with baba ghanoush and muhammara, Smashed cucumbers with halloumi and a tahini dressing as well as Chocolate brownies with vanilla ice cream.

After the work is done, everyone eats lunch or dinner together with a glass of wine or beer. Recipe packs are provided to take home in a Leiths tote bag.
