This three-hour, hands-on cookery event to create Bistrot style entertaining dishes gets underway after a welcome glass of sparkling wine and nibbles on arrival.

Once the aprons are on its down to work to create Gruyere and thyme cheese souffle with heritage tomato salad, Bavette with chimichurri sauce, shallot and tamarind puree, crispy potatoes and a watercress salad and a Sticky toffee pudding with miso salted caramel sauce.

The sense of achievement on creating the dishes with many elements along with the joy of eating the dishes created together, all served with half a bottle of wine per person.

Recipe packs are provided to take home in a Leiths tote bag with a Leiths gift.
