Cooking with Confidence’ is a three-part cooking course series that takes place one evening a week for 6 weeks, helping you go from beginner to confident in the kitchen. Through exploring a range of exciting and versatile recipes, you’ll build up a rounded cooking skillset, focusing on a new skill each week from baking and breadmaking, to meat and fish cookery and knife skills.
Each part of the series may be taken in succession to obtain a complete kitchen skillset or take courses individually in any order. Part 1 covers all the kitchen basics, knife and cutting techniques, kitchen organisation and some delicious recipes to grow your cooking ability and encourage you to expand your repertoire. Part 2 takes your existing experience (or part 1 experience) up another level with further skills and in part 3 you’ll learn to make more challenging dishes with wow-factor like soufflés, desserts and canapés for entertaining to make you a true masterchef in the making.
And for those looking to enhance their Plant Based skills, take a look at Cooking with Confidence Go Green, where we teach the fundamental kitchen skills to produce tasty and beautifully presented dishes without meat or fish, and all of our recipes can be easily adjusted to be made without dairy or eggs too! From learning the basics of bread and pasta to perfecting your pastry and presentation, you will be trying out your new skills and dishes in no time at all.
