In the company of our expert teachers, you and your young foodie will learn how to cook up the ultimate summer take-home feast, including mouth-watering mains, sides, salads and a delicious, crowd-pleasing chocolate pud! Enjoy our carefully curated summertime menu of seared steak with chimichurri sauce, chermoula butterflied chicken, garlic butter flatbreads, green goddess salad and decadent caramel, rolo and banana lava puddings, all designed to be taken away and eaten at home with family on a warm summer’s eve.

A hands-on, fun and interactive way for the kids to spend quality time with dad or a Father’s day gift of a sit-down family dinner lovingly prepared by loved ones, this class is a great way to bring the family together through food.

Lunch will also be provided by Leiths, in a Mediterranean, Mezze style.
