Summary Gluten-Free Christmas Entertaining

Hosting a gluten-free guest this Christmas? There is no need to worry about them missing out on flavour and fun.

This class is ideal for keen cooks looking for simple yet show-stopping, buffet-style plates perfect for gluten-free Christmas entertaining. These vary across a range of fun dishes to make, including much-loved classics, new twists and excellent centerpieces. This class will include a combination of demonstrations and cooking, complimentary lunch with Louis Latour wine and the opportunity to take your dishes home with you.

Demonstrations:

  • Rosemary focaccia wreath, baked with goat's camembert
  • Crispy fried prawns with rice vermicelli and yuzu sesame dipping sauce
  • Christmas layered quinoa salad with cucumber, cranberries, pine kernels, pomegranate and minty yoghurt dressing

Menu:

  • Beetroot, blackbean and linseed crackers with smoked salmon and dill cream
  • Onion and gruyere tart with buckwheat and chestnut pastry
  • Glittering chocolate profiteroles with Cointreau cream

These dishes are also easy to make dairy free.
