Strawberries and mint sugar

Ingredients
Dip fresh strawberries into bright green mint sugar
1x 400g punnet British Strawberries
50g Caster sugar
10-15g mint leaves (basil can be used as an alternative flavour)
Instructions
- Gently rinse the strawberries in cold water and pat dry.
- Place the sugar and mint in a pestle and mortar, and crush until the mint has broken down the sugar is bright green. (you can use a small bowl and the end of a rolling pin if you don’t have a pestle and mortar).
- Serve the strawberries with the mint sugar.
