It's almost time for our four-day weekend to celebrate the Queen's Royal Jubilee. In the spirit of the season, we couldn't resist creating a celebratory summer menu to toast the Queen with. With out further ado, here's our full buffet menu perfect for your street party or family gathering, including a new twist on coronation chicken, some mouthwatering pecorino sausages rolls, and a variation on Victoria Sponge with mascarpone and elderflower cream.
