Cooking with Confidence Part 1
Want to take your tentative in the kitchen status up a notch and become more confident in the kitchen? This course covers techniques to take you there. CWC courses can be taken in any order. The course is 6 weeks long, one evening a week.

- For home cook courses (Cooking with Confidence Part 1, 2 and 3), a Wusthof chefs knife will be included in the price of the course at no added cost

The gifts will be available for collection at Leiths on the first day of the course. You will need to provide photo ID to prove you are over 18 as required by law. For professional courses, the knives will need to be used on the course at each session.
For home cook courses the knives will not need to be brought to the school.
