Leiths Primary Curriculum
Leiths’ innovative primary cookery curriculum has been designed specifically for KS1 and KS2 and comes with an impressive package of 32 lesson plans, along with superb step-by-step class instruction videos. This adaptable and flexible digital cookery resource is suitable for a wide range of primary or prep schools, scenarios and settings, particularly where there are no cooking facilities or a specialist cookery teacher.
Leiths Academy Portal
Leiths Academy cookery courses sit within our interactive digital portal which has been purpose-built for Leiths Academy. It allows easy access to all teacher and student resources including a wide range of skills videos for viewing in or out of the classroom.
Students and teachers can access the portal securely via their phone, tablet or computer to record photo evidence and weekly evaluations as well as complete their coursework. A unique colour coded student tracker monitors weekly progress, which is an invaluable teacher resource for parents’ meetings and report writing.
