All guests who attend Leiths Professional Courses Open House on 24th April 2023 will receive a Leiths voucher worth either £150 off a professional course or £50 off a non-professional course*.

These vouchers will be valid until April 2024. This means that you will need to have used your voucher before April 2024; the chosen class or course can start after this date.

How to redeem your voucher:

These vouchers will not be given out during the evening but will be sent out digitally following the event. Your voucher preference (£150 professional voucher or £50 home-cook voucher) will be requested via form in a follow up email sent out the day after the event. You must fill in this form and submit your voucher preference or we cannot send you your voucher. All attendees will be given 5 working days to submit their preference. Leiths does not have to uphold any voucher requests submitted after this time has elapsed.

Once your preference is submitted, your voucher containing a unique single use code will be sent to you digitally via email within 5 days of submission. This code can then be used for money off the respective Leiths courses on leiths.com when used at checkout. If an attendee is looking to use their voucher to book onto a course within those 5 days, they can contact Bookings at bookings@leiths.com or on

Once a voucher has been issued, it cannot be transferred or exchanged. Professional course vouchers cannot be exchanged for home-cook vouchers and vice versa. This voucher cannot be exchanged for monetary value. This voucher cannot be exchanged for a voucher off online cooking courses at Leiths Online Cooking School. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

The voucher is not valid on Leiths Marine Assessment.

This voucher will be applied to the full cost of your course purchase. For professional courses, the discount will appear on your initial deposit when booking and the remainder will be taken off the total amount of your final invoice.

The £50 home-cook courses voucher will cover all Leiths courses without professional accreditation, including classes in skills, food media, guest chefs, as well as day, evening and weekend classes.
