Attended 'Knife Skills - Butchery'
The Leiths support staff, including reception, classroom assistants (washing up etc.) are all engaged friendly and helpful. A pleasure to see some of the same faces from my previous visits.
I did the Essentials Course and it was brilliantly run and covered a vast range of topics and skills. As a result of studying at Leiths, I got work experience in a few restaurants, as a food styling assistant on Olive Magazine and as a runner on Saturday Kitchen. Importantly, it gave me the confidence to start food and recipe writing, which I’ve since done for various sites and magazines.
Really enjoyable course, teaching staff very friendly, helpful & passionate. The quality of ingredients was very good. I would definitely recommend Leiths to other people.

Absolutely loved my day, course, teachers, the 2 ladies who helped, participants and lovely lunch. I took my cakes into work and they were really appreciated, I have already recommended it to a number of people.
