From start to finish, the Leiths course was everything I could have hoped for: well structured, perfectly chosen recipes and immensely helpful teachers to guide us every step of the way. By far the best cooking course I have taken in London.

It was really helpful having all of the ingredients weighed out in advance and having kitchen staff helping by washing up and putting our food in the oven and taking it out. This meant that we didn't waste any time and could focus on the patisserie techniques.
The team are welcoming and helpful and very well organised. It is hands on with guidance on every step with recipes that are useful and tips from professional chefs. This is a very good place to learn technique and is much recommended.

A hugely enjoyable evening. Theo Randall was fantastic at engaging everyone in the demo and making even some of the more complicated recipes appear accessible and fun to have a go at back at home. The Leiths team looked after us all so well and we were spoilt by the team in the kitchen rustling up enough of each recipe for everyone to enjoy during the class. Thank you to Theo and to the whole team at Leiths for a really fun evening.
